The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of all products.
The quality and nutritional properties of the supplied products are as described on the website www.deliziedifresco.it and on the labels affixed to the said products themselves, as required by current regulations.
Prices indicated on the website are not subject to VAT. The corresponding invoice may be issued upon request at the time of ordering.
Prices and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer, however if the total price of the goods purchased in a single order exceeds € 80.00, delivery costs will be covered by the seller.
Payments must be made exclusively using one of the methods detailed on the above-mentioned seller’s website. Until full payment is received, in the case of payment by cash upon delivery, the goods will remain the property of the seller.
Goods deliveries will be shipped by the seller’s chosen courier, and may be suspended, interrupted, or canceled at any time by the seller at their sole discretion, and without any obligation to compensate for damages if the ordered products are unavailable or for any other reason, except for the refund of purchases to the buyer if already paid.
Goods are transported at the buyer’s risk and responsibility, subject to the guarantees provided by the courier in accordance with current regulations, and for all intents and purposes, delivery is considered fulfilled at the moment of the handing over of goods to the courier. Shipment is made within 72 hours following the order confirmation. Upon delivery, the buyer is required to carefully check the integrity of the received package before signing the goods receipt. In the case of damage to the packaging, the buyer has the right to refuse delivery; otherwise, the delivery is considered as accepted. If, however, the goods are not delivered to the buyer at the address indicated on the order form for reasons not dependent on the courier, the goods may be returned to the seller at the buyer’s expense.
Claims of any kind, and reports of any product defects must be made by filling out the appropriate form on the website, within eight days of identification of such issue, including all required information and photograph evidence of the damaged product. If the product is effectively damaged, the buyer is solely entitled to the refund of the paid purchase, including delivery costs where applicable, without any obligation of compensation for damages, and moreover, the buyer is not entitled to a replacement of goods. Claims against invoice statements must be made in writing within eight days of the invoice’s dispatch date. Any tax exemptions or concessions must be specifically communicated by the buyer at the time of ordering; otherwise, the seller will apply standard taxation.
The seller is not responsible for defects in the supplied products caused by incorrect storage.
Cancellation rights. The buyer, if an individual and not a legal entity, can decide to return the purchased product within fourteen days of receipt, by contacting customer service at the email address indicated on the seller’s website. In the case of returns, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs if already paid, however shipping costs for the return of products will be entirely at the buyer’s expense. Cancellation rights are no longer valid if the packaging containing the product is not intact.
For any dispute related to this contract, the parties hereby establish the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Padua. This jurisdiction cannot be waived under any circumstances, warranty calls or any other given reasons.
